Carleton Compton has more than 15 years experience in the healthcare real estate sector. As president and CEO of Healthcare Realty Group, Carleton’s goal is to provide this industry with access to a firm explicitly focused on the healthcare market. His experience includes tenant and landlord representation, site selection, acquisition, disposition, and development of ‘build-to-suit’ sites for various healthcare groups. Carleton is known as an expert in the Florida medical office space and brings that knowledge to bear by ensuring his clients’ individual needs are met and enabling him to create strong, enduring client relationships.
In addition to the brokerage experiences that Carleton brings to his role, he is also a respected and acclaimed agent in the Greater Tampa Area. His expertise spans regional and national markets, and he has represented clients in over 20 states, completing more than 230 sales/lease transactions. His talents for portfolio account management, lease administration, strategic market analysis, acquisitions and site selection have contributed to his success. Carleton understands the business of health care, commercial real estate, and the economic factors affecting medical communities. His clients have included publicly traded companies, private equity firms, hospital systems, urgent care practices, dental groups, and numerous local and regional medical practices.
Carleton is a noted public speaker and has been honored to speak at a variety of educational panels, including the Urban Land Institute and the Society of Real Estate Professionals, Inc. Carleton is a member of the CCIM Institute and is a long-time supporter of multiple local civic organizations.

Jenny Spencer is a seasoned Commercial Realtor specializing in medical real estate, with extensive experience in both commercial and residential markets. With a robust background from her roles at Smith & Associates Real Estate and Coldwell Banker, Jenny has successfully closed over $33.4M in residential sales alongside significant commercial transactions, including leases and property sales. Her deep understanding of the medical field, stemming from years of experience in medical marketing and consulting, gives her unique insight into the specific needs and challenges faced by healthcare providers in real estate transactions.
In addition to her professional achievements, Jenny is deeply committed to her community. She has actively served on the ESPN Gasparilla Bowl Sales Committee since 2019, where she helped develop relationships and secure donors. Jenny also made a significant impact through her work with The Heart Gallery of Tampa Bay, chairing the Be Mine Gala and raising over $500,000 for foster children. Her leadership roles in the Junior League of Tampa, including serving as the 2024-2025 JLT Sustainer President, further highlight her dedication to volunteerism and community development. She is also very active with Children’s School, St. John’s Espicopal Day School, serving in various roles, including the President of the Parent’s Association and co-Chairing Celebration, the school gala, raising almost $400K each year.
